Darwin for coaches · product preview
One squad.
Plans that still fit the individual.
Set the race-group intent once. Darwin compiles it around each athlete's availability, training history and recovery—then puts the exceptions that need a human coach in one clear queue.
Honest status: the coach workspace is not live yet. This interactive preview is here to shape the pilot before athlete data or billing is connected.

The job to be done
Group programming without treating the group like one athlete.
The shared race, phase and coaching philosophy belong at the group level. Available days, current fitness, missed training and recovery belong to the athlete. Darwin's coach product separates those two layers instead of making you duplicate twelve calendars—or hand everyone the same week and repair it later.
Interactive concept
The coach sees the squad. The athlete still sees today.
Sample athletes and simulated interactions only. No live accounts or health data.
Squad pulse
Group plan compiler
Adaptation queue
The engine moved Saturday's brick to Sunday and reduced one intensity session after three low-sleep nights. The 10% ramp ceiling remains intact.
The engine held the long ride and trimmed lower-priority volume. Maya's race goal remains on track.
Safety rules cannot be switched off. A coach can add constraints, intent and context; the ramp cap, recovery floor and taper protection remain enforced.
The product wedge
Manage exceptions, not rows in a spreadsheet.
Race groups carry intent
Define the shared phase, session purpose and race-specific emphasis once for the cohort.
Athletes keep their constraints
Darwin compiles around available days, fitness, missed work and recovery instead of flattening the squad.
The queue earns attention
See only the athletes whose plan changed materially, whose data is incomplete or who wrote a note.
The coach adds humanity
Send context, reassurance and race judgment. The deterministic engine continues to own load math.
Pilot scope
Small enough to ship. Useful enough to replace the Sunday spreadsheet.
Roster + race groupsSee athletes by event, phase and the attention they need.
Constraint-based group compilerSet shared intent; preview each individualized week and every exception.
Squad pulseAdherence, key-session completion and clear recovery flags in one scan.
Adaptation queueEvery material engine change, its evidence and a place for the coach's message.
Athlete app deliveryThe coach works on desktop; each athlete keeps Darwin's focused mobile experience.

Help decide what gets built before the workflow hardens.
I'm looking for a small number of endurance coaches willing to show me how they actually build a week, handle missed training and communicate changes. This is product research first—not a sales call.
- Best fit: 5–40 active triathlon, running or HYROX athletes
- One 30-minute workflow interview before access
- No athlete data import until permissions and privacy are explicit
